The hotel was not too comfortable. The beds were extremely hard. The cleaning service was clearly not communicated with well. They did not give us more towels when we requested it the first night. They were in our room the last morning prior to our checking out and did not understand that we were still entitled to stay in the room. ...read more

The staff was very friendly, gave a print out of directions when asked how to get someplace. It was clean and reasonably priced. pool looked great but didn't have time to enjoy it.

It was convenient to surrounding restaurants and attractions, but I would not go back to this hotel.

This hotel is convenient to Interstate 95. Great place if you aren't planning on spending an extended amount of time there. There is a heated swimming pool, safe, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, smoking allowed. Good experience for our short stay. Not exactly near to the casinos if you are planning on visiting the area for that purpose. ...read more

It was conveniently located to the Aquarium, Seaport, and Old Mystic Village.

The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel.

I complained about the non smoking room reeking of smoke and the staff immediately moved us without hesitation to another room and then checked back with us twice to see if we were satisfied.
